Ballerina Birthday Party

Since Miss Avery happens to LOVE ballet we had to have a ballerina birthday party. (Honestly, I will put as much pink in her life as I can until she tells me to stop. Yes, I love having a boy and a girl!)
Here, tutu's are lined up for party favors for the girls, along with wands, and rings, and necklaces from the pinata. (Avery says "peeyata" and it cracks me up every time!)

Charlise, Jubiless, Ashlyn, Katrina, Adelaide, Avery and Josslyn. Such beautiful ladies!
We put on an old dance recital from Charlise's past performance. The girls all copied what the dancers on TV were doing. It was so cute! They each would pick out "who they were" and copy that dancer.

The boys did not show up at this party except for food and for destruction. Even though they knew the treasures inside were girly things and not candy at all. They quietly headed back to the fort A.K.A. Ethan's rooms for all other events.Staci, sensing chaos at the end of the party, whipped out a book about Princess's that caught the attention of all the children. It was a great way to wrap things up.
Thank you everyone for celebrating our Little Lady with us.
