When my mom came to visit in November she got the kids each a craft from the store for Christmas. This was the day. Ethan worked a long time on putting his house together. There were no instructions other than to, "use the photo as a guide." So, with that, I told him to have fun and create want he wanted.
I think it turned out rather well.
Here is Avery's craft...the "puppy" must have been a little hungry.
Then we decided to make my FAVORITE Christmas recipe. This was from my grandma Altendorf (the home ec. teacher back in the day.) This is the easiest and best candy that tells me Christmas is around the corner.
Did I mention it has peanut butter in it?
