We all know that the Mariners stink this year but that didn't stop our good friend Tristan, Ethan, and me from going to watch the game against the Twins. Tristan is from Minnesota so, of course, he was cheering for the Twins and he did a great job of convincing Ethan that this is the team he should root for. Too bad for them, Adrian Beltre hit a 2-run walk-off home run in the 11th inning for a much needed Mariner's victory. I know this game doesn't mean anything to the M's, but in Ethan's eyes, it's a trip to the World Series.
