This recital just happened to be on the SAME day as the performances at church! For girls who live the stage this is fantastic. For a mom who loves the stage this is emotionally exhausting! I was so excited for the kids all day long that I thought my heart would explode with pride at any given moment. Also, there is something soooo wrong and soooo right about putting make-up on my baby girl.
