So, this is a big moment here in the Burke household. Ethan got his very own skateboard. He was so excited when he saw it. His eyes got big, he grew a large smile and quietly said "my first skateboard." Now mommy has to worry about two of us getting hurt.
Safety is our number one priority. Ethan gets a lesson on how to properly put on his pads.
Ready to go. Even with his camo boots on he looks like a seasoned pro.
His first trip to the skatepark. Ethan rode for a little bit but found more enjoyment in running and sliding down the ramps and banks.

All in all it was a lot of fun. I am looking forward to continue sharing with Ethan something that I have done for a long time and that has brought me much joy to my life. Snowboarding is next. Sorry mom :)
